I am having other issues with my account, and can’t even put a ticket in because every time I try to log into the support site, it takes me back to the log-in prompt.
I am able to log into the launcher and other pages of the website just fine, I am only having issues with the support page, more specifically when I click the “contact support” button. I get prompted to log in, and when I click the button to do so, it seems to just reload the page and prompts me once again to log in.
UPDATE: Turns out it was just my dark mode extension making things difficult, it’s working fine having disabled it!
