I have a problem with connecting or linking accounts with Ba

Let me explain my situation. I recently purchased Diablo 4 on Steam and attempted to link it to my Battle.net account. However, I was unable to link it because I had previously linked an incorrect secondary Steam account. According to Battle.net, I have to wait 365 days to link my other account.

The issue is that on my Battle.net account, I have all the Prime Gaming rewards. It seems unreasonable that I need my Battle.net account to enjoy the game I bought on Steam, and I can’t link it now. I’ve already contacted support, and they informed me that I have to wait 365 days, and the restriction cannot be removed. This leaves me with no choice but to refund Diablo 4.

This situation is a loss for both the company and its customers. It’s an inconvenience, and I urge you to optimize your system. Implementing a two-step verification process could be a solution. After all, if you already have access to the Battle.net account for these adjustments, waiting for a year is a poor system. Not to mention, if someone wants to link multiple external accounts to the same BattleTag or account, they are restricted from doing so. This makes me consider spending my money elsewhere.
