Hi I meet all requirements except I have a GT 620. Is there anyways I can make the game launch anyways or should I just get a refund? Thanks.
Not that I know of. You are right though, you are below min requirements for the game.

Dang I was hoping I could at least play offline without meeting minimum requirements. They really should make a way to bypass the requirement for people that are close to meeting it. Oh well, time for a refund. Funny how I can play D3 but can’t play the D2 remaster.
Keep in mind D3 was made in 2008-2012. D2R was made with fancy new graphics in 2019-2021.
There is quite a big leap in video card tech there. I am playing it SLIGHTLY below spec myself on a 650 but I did not do anything to make that work. It just does.
