I didn't get my platinum

I got the 99 dollar pack for diablo 4 it comes with the premium battle pass. I didnt get my 1000 Platinum and none of the gear or the mount. WTF

This forum is for technical support on Blizzard’s Legacy Games — old games such as:

  • Diablo II (2000) and its expansion Lord of Destruction;
  • The games in the Blizzard Arcade Collection such as the Lost Vikings and Rock N Roll Racing;
  • Battle.Net editions of Diablo I, Warcraft: Orcs and Humans & Warcraft: II.

Diablo IV has its own forums… use them if you want to ask for help from the other players… or want to report a bug. Also note that “Products you purchase can sometimes take up to 24 hours to show up in your collection.”
