I can't Delete my account

Hello,

Im trying to delete my account but whenever I follow the steps I get stuck on a page that says “We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.” and it looks to be refreshing the page but doesn’t do anything.

I have tried 3 different browsers. Incognito mode on all of them. waited hours. tried to different devices such as computer and mobile devices. then I reached out to support and so far no solution. Is there any other way? Thanks

Update: It seems like it is fixed now and that it was indeed an issue with the website. thank you

I have same issue of it. endless loading in the page of delete battle.net account. (suppose to be the page for check box with term and condition of delete account, but the page is not come up and endless loading)

Thank you for sharing. Yes its quite frustrating but I have tried just now and it seems to finally be fixed. It was indeed a problem with the website instead of me. Hopefully it’ll work for you as well. Thank you good day

There were some hiccups with the support site these last couple days.

Thanks for the follow up that it seems to be up and running again!
