I’ve been having issues receiving the sms confirmation, I’ve already had a number added to my account, a month ago battlenet wanted me to confirm my account with a sms code which i never received. So I try changing my number to another one that I had. I deleted the one I had, added another one, and I never received the sms confirmation. I’ve been trying to add 5 numbers from different companies and nothing works. I contacted support, and they can’t do anything, they just keep telling me to kee trying every day until it works because it “seems” to be an “outage”. I am able to send a receive sms from other regular numbers and other companies that has the same verification sms, such as steam, netflix or microsoft. country code is +504.
any recommendations on how to fix this?
