Hunter Double tap functionally over nerfed

if double tap gets nerfed to a 16 % increase, it will change rapid fire from having 14 shots to 11? or 12 if the game rounds up, or the 12th shot is at 60 % power? It’s going to negatively affect other talent points, pigeon holing builds. It should have just been a flat decrease of the overall output during the problematic window. and tbh it’s on players to just stop the rapid fire, its the bread and butter of the whole spec. Just like how we have to stop Metamorphosis, or ascendance. :frowning: cmon

A cooldown adding a single shot to an ability is so underwhelming, a meer 10 % :frowning: thats over nerfing.
