Humanized service?

I’m submitting tickets and only receiving automated messages, as if a robot is responding.

My account is active, without suspension, enforcement, or banning. I can play normally on PC, but when I try to access it on Nintendo Switch, the account is listed as banned.

I can’t get human contact to resolve this. All the tickets respond as if I’m banned and trying to appeal the ban, which isn’t the case. The account plays normally on PC, but when I try to access it on the Nintendo Switch, I can’t. Was I banned for linking the account?

There are very few Blizzard games available on Nintendo Switch. What game are you playing? Most of Blizzard’s games require you to purchase the game on the other platform in order to play on that platform. You won’t be able to access it otherwise. OW 2 is free so that would be an exception. It should have shared progress between devices on a linked Bnet account.
