I’m submitting tickets and only receiving automated messages, as if a robot is responding.
My account is active, without suspension, enforcement, or banning. I can play normally on PC, but when I try to access it on Nintendo Switch, the account is listed as banned.
I can’t get human contact to resolve this. All the tickets respond as if I’m banned and trying to appeal the ban, which isn’t the case. The account plays normally on PC, but when I try to access it on the Nintendo Switch, I can’t. Was I banned for linking the account?
