Human Verification Error - GM Response

I’m having a human verification error when trying to setup a new account after the visual test. I have completed the visual test component 30+ times and the audio test 10+ times. I have tried deleting my cache, trying to log in via facebook/gmail, using the battle net client, VPN, changing my country code, and the full list of other options listed on the website. I created a ticket and was given the same response multiple times until I was told that this solution has no resolution by a GM. So, the official report from the GM team is that creating a new account and subscriptions are broken with no resolution?

same for me, was gonna create a new bnet account but been facing the error “value is invalid #” after doing the captcha correctly since yesterday , i’ve tried everything but still getting the same error!

Exact same issue. Put in a ticket, no help. Basically told to check here. And low and behold, same thing is happening

Mine is on the Authenticator issue. And if this is the service provided, why would I want to change my trial membership to paying for a product if this is what I can expect?
