is it possible under the same account to play on pc and mobile at the same time but different characters? if so how do you? ive enable multi instance however it kicks me off of pc when i log into my phone.

Are you talking about Diablo Immortal? If so, no, you can’t log in to your Battlenet account from more than one device at a time. You can be on PC OR on Mobile but not both at once. Logging into the other will force log you out.
That is how it is intended to work.
