Every phone number I found on Blizzard’s website has a robot that just hangs up on have you. The battlenet website won’t let me submit a ticket without two files showing the “problem” which doesn’t make any sense and I’ve never had to do before. Why the hell do they make us pay 15$ a month to get treated like crap? I can’t even log into my battlenet all it does is spin. Everything is up to date, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled battlenet twice, and I’ve reset my Internet twice. Why the do we have to put up with this blizzard? Where does all this money I pay go??
If you want to work with staff, you have to use the ticket system. Troubleshooting is provided through their system as a courtesy to players.
Each ticket type has different requirements. The files are simple diagnostic reports needed for technical assistance. Make sure they are in .txt format.

I tried to log on minutes ago, & the realm list says incompatible. WTH?
It means you need to update WoW. But this is the Bnet forum, for the desktop applications. WoW has a separate forum and developer team.

Blizzard didn’t build your PC and doesn’t run your ISP, so yes, it’s a courtesy service.
