I connected to my diablo 2 account using a business network, not knowing it was against the rules at the time.
Could somebody tell me when the temporary restriction will be lifted for my case?

Hello, I’m not a Blizzard employee, but I can share some info that you may be able to use to determine the time frame yourself:
The restriction for the use of business-class internet service lasts exactly two weeks down to the second. If you tried multiple times to log into Diablo 2 Battle.net while connected to the business ISP, the two week period will count down from the last log in attempt.
If you try logging on while connected to a residential class ISP, it will not reset the restriction period. It’s also worth noting that VPNs are also not allowed, they will also restrict access for a two week period.
The restriction is not able to be removed, you’ll have to wait it out.
