Last week I had 2 overwatch related tickets, and I got an answer within 24 hours. I sent in a refund ticket to D2 3 days ago. It’s in opened status since. In nutshell, I bought it to play with my friend while I had technical problems with D3. The issue is fixed, we can’t really connect to each other on D2, and I would like to buy some owl credit instead. When should I get an answer?
