How on earth is it possible that there is NO help from Blizzard? I can’t log into Battlenet. I do all the things the troubleshooting article says. I write to them. They write me back and say “go to the forum and post, you will get help”. I post in the forum (see below) and NO REPLIES for a full week. I’m not putting this on the members, but what on Earth is going on with Blizzard? How is it acceptable that there isn’t even an attempt to solve a problem on their end? Is directing people to a forum of other customers supposed to make it up for tech support?
Microsoft decided that there did not need to be Tech Support for video games at Blizzard anymore. They laid off the TS forum folks, and the TS ticket folks last January 2024 during the big layoffs. It was one of Microsoft’s adjustments.
The only TS left now is the general support articles and other players. MVPs are also other players.
I will also say that Blizzard has very little support for Macs overall anymore. They don’t support them for any of their newer games, discontinued it for many legacy games like Diablo 2000. There is skeleton support for it on a few games still but that is it.

I’m one of those “other players,” but I have no expertise to bring to the table. The only thing I can offer is a shoulder to cry on.
