Hello, my game diablo 4 vessel of hatred crashed and my account Spiritborn got banned on diablo 4 vessel of hatred during a Duriel Boss run. Please fix this issue, thank you very much!

I had no violations of Terms of Use. Game crashed and when i relogged in i was banned. It was an issue on battle.net end not on mine.
