It keeps refreshing and never loading anything on the hearthstone tab.

Same thing for me, never loads any page content just refreshes and tries to load about every 2-3 seconds continually. The play button works just click it quickly.

Looks like you got it Bliz, everything is working normally for me now 
On the battlefield, in Bob’s tavern there were no Beast, and the opponent had a Murloc adaptation card (beast)
