Having problem with my refund!

I recently purchased a game on your platform, and I was eager to download and play it. However, I encountered an extremely slow download speed, making it nearly impossible to install the game properly. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting methods—including restarting my connection, adjusting download settings, and ensuring my network was stable—the issue persisted, and the download speed did not improve.

Due to this frustrating experience, I decided to request a refund, as I could not use the product as intended. Unfortunately, when attempting to process my refund, I was met with repeated errors preventing me from even selecting the product. The message I received stated:

“Something went wrong on our end. An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.”

I have attempted multiple times to process the refund request, but the issue persists. This situation is unacceptable, as I am now unable to access the product I paid for and am also unable to request a refund due to a system error.

I kindly request that this issue be addressed immediately. Either the download problem should be fixed, allowing me to install the game at an appropriate speed, or I should be granted a full refund without further delays. I expect prompt action on this matter, as customers should not have to struggle with both a faulty service and an inaccessible refund system.
