I already have a Warcraft 3 Reforged Account according to my account details. Technically I used my old Wc3 Classic Key so I don’t have Reforged but I can use it to play Classic. It worked fine before and now it shuts me from joining any game? I can launch it but it says Error Handling Request. People say it’s because my key isn’t working? Any help?

That “Error Handling Request” is usually seen when the account doesn’t have a Warcraft 3 license on it. I looked over the account and that does seem to be the case. It may be a matter of the wrong email used or just not having claimed the game key to the Battle.net account yet. If you have the key, try redeeming it here.
If you get an error that the key is already claimed and happened to have another email that you used before, see if you can log in using that email.
If there is a problem after that, due to having to discuss personal information, submitting a ticket is best. Including as much of the following in that ticket can help:
- CD key or order number for Warcraft III
- Any possible emails used
- We may need to verify the owner is talking to us for an account the code was claimed to, so including a picture or scan of ID is also a good idea.
I have tried redeeming both my RoC and TFT keys. They are already claimed. Probably because I have been able to launch it with those code before. I will try submitting a ticket if necessary.
