Half of the screen appears frozen or pixelated

Half black screen/freeze/pixeled

I have samsung 22 ultra, after the update half of the screen became pixeled/freeze or black, the phone is fine so it is not that, it is started just after the update. I have tried repairing, I have tried deleting cache and data and reinstall, no difference. Anyone else? Does anyone have a solution?
