Hacker report in COD Warzone

In COD Warzone , the player with id : USER ID REMOVED using cheating tool ( Wall hack, aimbot … ) in PLunder match at about 6AM GMT+8 . Will this sucker still enjoy game with hacking tool ? (My id is USER ID REMOVED you guy can check )

Blizzard is unable to assist with Cheating reports in Call of Duty. Please see Activision’s reporting information page on how to report cheating in Call of Duty games.
