Guild Charters on Dead Servers

I want to form a personal guild for my characters but I am on a dead server so I can’t get any signatures for the charter. Blizzard is there nothing that can be done about this? How about some GMs that are willing to sign charters when no players will?

Or just accept that dead game is dead?

You probably meant to post on the World of Warcraft forums, not the feedback forums for the Blizzard Desktop launcher app. I really doubt any Blizzard employee reading this would be able to do anything about a WoW-specific issue.
