fix the 20 year old game please this is crazy our guild cant see 3/4 of the items in guild
I lost items from the guild vault too a bit over a week ago after they did a patch. I tried to submit a ticket about this and it went to appeal a ban even tho it had nothing to do with a ban.
Their ticket system is bugged just like the game and the AI program that deals with tickets.
They don’t fix bugs that adversely affect my players. Some of the bugs have been going on for 16 years.
Blizzard doesn’t seem to care about their customers anymore, which is really disappointing.
