Good Afternoon Drakiloth,
im having a similar issue where im just constantly being sent on a loop asking me to type my issue then when it asks for ID it just sends me straight back to the start asking me to type my issue again,
is there any way to open a ticket or have someone contact me as i just seem to be stuck in a big loop
Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately as we mentioned in the other threads, we can’t help with account issues over the forums. That said, if you’re getting loops with the website, that’s usually a browser issue. I’d disable any browsing extensions/addons, clear your browser cache/cookies, and if all else fails try on a different browser. Those will usually let you get your ticket in. Let us know how it goes!
