i have inputed my beta code, stayed up to play the beta, “cant access this game yet” i waited some more now i have the ability to update it, so i go press update, “initializing” “we need your permission to do this” meanwhile it doesnt tell me what permission, where to grant the permission, and everytime its asked me if battlenet could make changes to my computer i have always selected yes. someone help because im not getting any from the support staff.

Im having this same issue so i uninstalled it and downloaded it again and now its not letting me open it, it says to check for updates or scan and repair and neither are doing anything for me
yeah dude i uninstalled and then reinstalled it and nothing happened with it except for an update button appeared
Run Blizzard in administrator mode, that fixed it for me.
