Getting back into old account

I’m very confused as to how a company that still charges a monthly rate to play their game only offers email support with a +24 hour wait time for a response. I would like to get back into my account but do not have the phone or authenticator associated with the account. I have placed a ticket with the required information yet have not heard back.
I want to start playing this game again, yet this interaction might be changing my mind.

If you submitted your proper ID info they should get back to you when your ticket comes up. Did you get a ticket number sent to you via email? That confirms the ticket went in. If not, it was not submitted properly.
