I still can`t save the game. Campaign chapters not saved too. This problem concerns both remastered Warcraft games - I&II.

For War1 Remastered at least, game saves + campaign progression are stored in :
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\WarcraftRemastered
Check if you have not right / privileges problems in these folders preventing the game from creating files in it. Maybe you have too restrictive access to these folders and the game isn’t authorized to write in them.
A test interesting to try is to run the game with Admin rights.
The game can’t be saved. Fix it or refund. Are you kidding me?
one possible solution would be to create the folders yourself. they are named WarcraftRemastered and Warcraft2Remastered and located in the saved games folder of your user account folder.
Friends, the solution for me was stupid and simple. you have to create a new account in your windows, WITHOUT diacritics. Go for something simple (Warcraft 
and the account must be an admin account.

The easiest way is just not to install the game under “program files” or “program data” folder when you are using Windows. Install it for example on D:/Warcraft2/ and it should be fine. If asked for admins privileges just click “allow”.
