I can not get a Game master to reply to my Tickets. A week ago when I had to change to the new Authenticator to continue to be able to play or make a group, I was hacked in the process and can not get into my battle net or email. I put a ticket in and there was a reply but now I cant seem to talk to anyone from support??? PLEASE HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!
Were you trying to reply to a “DO NOT REPLY” email they sent you?
If so that is the wrong way to go about it. You need to re-open your ticket if you can. If you can’t, then open a new one and reference the first ticket ID. Then provide the info they need.
Tickets can take several days depending on the queue in front of you.
