it has happened several times already, to me and my friends, to get kicked mid competitive match due to “connection issues” then not being able to re join the game and also getting suspended. Fix this please, it´s annoying and it hurts our ranks ffs

I was in a game with 3 of my friends and my whole team got kicked. We were all penalized for being kicked off the game, I was also do placements. This is seriously unfair when it is the servers fault

Same. I had the same issue yesterday and today. The whole team got kicked and got penalized. It was winnable and It’s seriously unfair.
I’ve been kicked from ranked matches because of server issues and connection issues and it’s like the game hasn’t recognized it, so now I’m banned from comp all of this season and I don’t know who to contact to get it fixed
