I’m not sure if this is the proper place to post this but I have been having some really frustrating and game breaking issues in game for about a year now. Basically my alts and main have been unable to start certain intro questlines first was legion that got fixed with 11.0.7. Now Im having the exact same issues with shadowlands. I go there on my alt and skip the beggining questlines pick a covenant then absolutely nothing is available quest wise when i look it up it says it was an issue for quite awhile but was fixed with 11.0.7. Clearly not. Open a ticket and they say check your quests. Really? Then tell me to submit a bug report. The support system is absolutely terrible never get any straight answers for anything and tickets have become obsolete and a waste of time as the infomation is very copy and paste or they tell you to check wowhead. Now I’ve also had a bug where every time I log in or onto another character I have to completely reset my action bars this has been going on since the beginning of a war within. Yet another bug now is that my characters are not receiving any time walking quest rewards for completing the first dungeon of the week. Which is equally terrible as that’s something I love doing collecting all the time walking mounts toys mog etc. I recently made a twink too and tried to run dungeons in shadwlands it doesnt sync anymore so I do the dungeon on my level 11 character and get level 50 gear I cant equip when its supposed to change it to my level. I’m beyond frustrated and have decided that once my yearly sub is up at the end of march I will be unsubbing from the game. There are too many game breaking bugs for people that like collecting and alts etc and the support is the worst Ive ever seen basically non-existent. There doesn’t seem to be any help for these problems. My alts are dead in the water from leveling in certain zones which I was using to finish meta achievements with no end in site.
