Hi, I received a game gift for CoD BO6 which I redeemed successfully, and is showing in my transaction history as claimed, but the game does not appear on my Battle.net account.
I’ve restarted client, reinstalled etc to no avail.
Even checking my games online it is not listed.
Can you please check why the game has been claimed on my account but I am unable to access it please?

Does this work ?
Have you installed “Call of Duty” already ?
If not, install it and on the 2nd install screen, ensure that BO6 is selected.
If you have, click the cogwheel to the right of the play button for Call of Duty and select Modify Installation. Add BO6 to the list of games to be installed.
You will need to submit a ticket for that – this is a feedback forum… for feedback and suggestions on the Support site.
I did try modifying the install but BO6 was already ticked, despite not installing it (I wasp laying Warzone). I tried uninstalling all of the options and reinstalling but still wouldn’t launch.
In the end, uninstalling Battle.net client and a fresh install solved the issue, the download size doubled and I can now play BO6
