This happened after switching mobile devices but every time a friend comes online, I don’t get their notifications. On my old phone, I used to get them all the time but ever since I switched, I haven’t gotten them. And I have notifs turned on for Bnet in my phone settings & the app.

What happens after you reinstall the app?
To be fair my phone has never notified me about friends coming back online, that only happen when I am ingame and they come on the game I am playing.
