For some reason, my friends list is gone, but I still appear in my dad’s friend list. I’m set in the correct region, I’ve logged out and logged back in, I’ve restarted the app, I’ve restarted my computer. I have no idea how to uninstall the app and reinstall or even clear the cache. I hope I don’t have to figure out how to uninstall and reinstall. Any suggestions?

for me in OW it says i have no friends but battle net says otherwise. somethings wrong with blizzards servers i think

they are being DDOSd really bad , and are understaffed thanks to the virus . i wouldnt count on playing anything tonight … if we get to , we got lucky.

So, it was due to the attacks. I haven’t checked if anything is wrong with my alternate account yet, but my dad just got booted from the server after a Hearthstone Battlegrounds game and is in the queue to get back in.
yup its not on your end , some a$$hole decided since they are short staffed it would be good time to take down servers. It will get fixed eventually .
