So, I’m supposed to remember my friends by their avatar now? Versus having a “List of Names”? Who the hell thought this was a good idea?
As shown on the following screenshot, click the button to expand the rightmost column of the Battle.Net App… and reveal their names:
Did you notice that the buttons for collapsing / expanding the Friends list point the wrong way?
- The button to expand has an arrow pointing left.
- The button to collapse has an arrow pointing right.

Perhaps it’s Blizzard’s way of thinking… it shows the actual status, not what action will occur.
