So, im here adding my friend and he says that it didn’t reached anything to him, yet i go to my pending friend requests and it is there… he also add me and his friend request cant reach me either…

Please make sure that you are both adding eachother in the same region of the battle.net application, and that neither of you are at the 200 friend limit right now. You both want to make sure that when you log into the Battle.net application that you are both in the EU region (or the US region). To check this, log entirely out of Battle.net and look above the blank where your email goes. You both need to select the same region.
If either of you have 200 friends, or a combined total of friends and outgoing friend requests that equals 200, please clear some outgoing friend requests or remove friends from your list.
