Found some gigantic log files... can i delete those to make space?

So i found that in there are some gigantic log-files hidden on my computer.i was wondering if it was possible to get rid of those files while not ruining my games/client? i found the files at: C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Setup\bna_2\Logs.

that folder is in total 44Gigabytes of log files, some of wich are 20 Gigabytes in one log-file.

i’m scared to delete the logs because i have a feeling it will ruin the cliënt, so i want to be sure by asking people with actual knowledge because i have actually no idea what those files do.

log file reviles, " Elevation is unnecessary. The current user is an administrator ". also a lot of error information.
the logs are simple text files so you can open them and read the errors/good stuff in the set up of your games.
I have 2 files/accounts so, I assume the Dir is a holding directory.
if they are as big as you say then maybe read and head what it says.
