This has been a mess, I’ve had half a dozen support people try to help me however none of their ideas worked.
My issue was resolved by changing my Samsung Galaxy browser default from Edge to Google. Once Google was default everything worked as intended. I got my authenticator working again, got my bag spaces in Wow back and got access once again to the WoW Companion app.

ty blizzard for forcing us into getting the authenticator. have avoided it for as long as it has been out as it has never stopped accounts getting hacked and causes more problems and inconveniences than it solves. it actually and practically solves no problems. really really appreciate the headache…those 4 bag slots are game changing for sure…and the best part is the solve to the login was to remove it…fool proof plan…
