I logged into the xbox app > enabled Battle net extention > wrong account obviously > loaded up overwatch > it ask me to attach an SMS > accept it > takes to battle net account creator, there is some underlying information behind the website that is hold the xbox account info > make account with throwaway email > using the underlying xbox account info, it is now linked to the throwaway email > go to account manager > unlink xbox account > sign out and into the right account > link xbox account > We are up and running. 
I was gonna see if the GMs I was talking to can put in complaints and to put this in, "Tell them that you all should be able to, at the very least, manage a battle net account. It just doesn’t make any since that all you guys can do is link A. link help articles. and B. use your internal help articles and maybe the forums. " I mean I can tell they have a brain and sometimes they use it, but it’s messed up that’s all they can do. It seems like they are so restricted.
