I reached battle.net 15 years later to recover my Diablo III account, ended up getting almost automated bot-like replies triple times to eventually QUIT and NEVER EVER VISIT battle.net EVER AGAIN! Yet unexpectedly a Game Master called Saertmos to my surprise guided me out and did BEYOND than other co-workers, Saertmos did not just satisfied nor pleased me but AMAZED me by the kind of UNMATCHED service he/she delivers.
