Fatal error ACCESS_VIOLATION

depuis un mois j ai un tous nouveau pc , j ai réinstalle wow 2fois , et je me tape des fatal error , alors que j ai largement le pc requis .
le message est :
WOW.exe Erreur fatale
ACCESS_VIOLATION
ACCESS_VIOLATION - l’instruction à « 0x00007ff62e260367 » a référencé la mémoire à « 0xffffffffffffffff »
La mémoire n’a pas pu être « lue »

I am currently getting the same issue and have reported this to blizzard. I dont know what to do after that honestly. My Report ID is EDEE727F-5E94-42FD-BD0D-41272B996E6A. People at blizzard that is reading this please message me in regards to this issue please… I do have raid tonight and would like to try to fix this problem now. Please respond back

Bliz support doesn’t provide support on the forums. The only way to have that report ID looked up is by submitting a support ticket.
