I just started playing D2 and I was able to join a game the first time, but now I cannot even play a game (create, or join) because I get an error saying Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again.
I got the same situation unfortunately
Same here and for lots of other people. Stay patient, they’ll fix it. It definitely sucks, they always F up launches but I expected it unfortunately.
Complete and utter failure. Everyone should ask for a refund.
got the same problem, when they gonna fix this?
Since 6 hours ago I can’t play softcore anymore in any region (americas, europe, asia). Trying to create/join games with my existing softcore characters I get error messages as below:
“Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again later.”.
“An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”
If I try to create a new softcore hero and create/join game, it says: “Error creating game” or “Join failed”.
Strangely, hardcore hero can be played.
