Battlenet app doesnt recognize that i own diablo 2 and diablo 2 lod.
Online it is fine and i see my serial keys even.
Because of this, when i go to log into the online mode for d2r, it says failed to authenticate.
I need this fixed as I cant use the account I paid for until it is
also - i have the exact same issue on a second account i just made. Both of these use battle chests I bought and used the cdkeys from.
I have 2 other accounts that ive been using for years and they run just fine. I can even go into the copy of the game made for one of the new accounts and login just fine,
The problem appears to be that the battlenet app isnt getting the information that I own these games but the website does. very odd.
Please do not make multiple copies of the same problem…

The problem is that you don’t seem to realize that the Classic version of Diablo II and Diablo II: Resurrected are two separate products… the Classic version uses the ancient Battle.Net which is installed at the same time you install Diablo II and Diablo II: LoD while D2R uses the current Battle.Net
The licence keys of Diablo II and Diablo II: LoD will not allow you to run D2R… you need to have a D2R licence as well.
