I recently purchased a faction change, and I cannot get past the character re-creation part. It either says this name has already been taken. Or, it says “an error has occurred try again later”. I’ve been at if for over and hour. I’ve tried logging out completely, nothing I seem to do works. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
