This doesn’t make the app unusable but there constantly new glitched textures moving as I move my mouse around the launcher. Didn’t find any existing help on it so I’d like to get this out there so it’s known. The glitch is pretty much random sets of glitch like rgb meshes popping up around my screen and disappearing as I interact with the launcher sometimes covering the whole launcher. Also, if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great help.

That is odd to hear the graphics are glitching in the Battle.net app. Can we see a DxDiag file to see if it has any clues on this? Just copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
