How do I get my hardcore character back? I can accept dying because of normal gameplay but not like this.

Do you remember clicking Accept on this warning dialog in order to create your hardcore hero…
Hardcore Mode
Once your character dies, they cannot be revived.
All characters below Level 10 will vanish upon death, while characters Level 10 and above will be remembered in the Hall of Fallen Heroes.
Accept / Cancel
That’s why you’re not getting your hero back.
You have to accept dying for any reason. That’s what hardcore is all about. If you can’t accept that risk, stick to softcore.
