Every single game that i download dosen't start

Hi Blizzard,

I’ve been encountering persistent issues launching StarCraft II (and other games) across all platforms — including Windows and macOS, across multiple devices, fresh installs, and even using a mobile hotspot and a brand new Battle.net account.

I’ve also deleted all local files, cleaned OneDrive/Document folders, reinstalled the Battle.net app, and tested on multiple operating systems.

The same issue persists no matter what, even when logging in with new accounts on clean systems.

This points strongly to a corrupted or broken piece of cloud-synced data tied to my system or Battle.net environment — likely from your cloud storage layer (config, preferences, or account profile data).

Can you please fully reset or purge my Battle.net cloud profile data? or do anything else to access the games that i have paid for?

If You Can’t solve this issue, it’s clear to me that this company is waste of money .
