Same problems as OP.
First launch of Blizzard, everything works fine.
I launch a game (Modern Warfare)
I quit the game
Battlenet isn’t clickable anymore (the only things that works are the profile, friend list etc. The buttons at the top right corner)
I can’t click on games in left sidebard or launch a game, etc.

Hey there,
I’d start on this one by checking for Razer software which can hook into our app. Basically just fully uninstall it, shouldn’t be required to run the device. If this works try reinstalling it to see if the problem comes back. If it does please contact Razer.
If you do not have Razer be sure to check for Overlay software such as Discord, Twitch, Overwolf, or other similar softwares.
Beyond that it might be a good idea to reinstall the desktop app (not the game, just the app)
