I play wow - im trying to purchase dragonflight - i have a 60 day wow card on my account - but i cannot buy dragon flight - and contacting blizzard is a nightmare because there is no ticket form! please follow the screenshots

Go try a different game. Save your money. Blizzard is dead. They do nothing to support their fans.
