Error when creating new client

Hello,
I am trying to create a client to use the API. When I do so I am not able to save it as I get the following error:

“An error occurred during invoking a method [registerClient] in AuthorizationService”

What am I doing wrong?

I am getting the same error. It is a 500 error code (internal server error), so it is unlikely that we the users are doing anything wrong.

It may be worth noting that following the getting started instructions, using http://localhost and I do not have a service URL for this client also does not work.

WE GET IT, spamming the forum and necroing topics is a tos thing, YES people are having issues with the portal, YES the api is kinda broken, YES we have made reports, YES blizzard has not responded, NO we dont know anything else, What can you do? Nothing posting 5 posts with the same msg in different topics WONT solve anything, Cool your goblin jumper jets and wait for a fix to come whenever it does like everyone else

I don’t know how and why you get offended by a random person on the internet posting on the relevant forum section that there is an issue with creating API clients xd.

I think you know perfectly well that its not an “offended” thing, unless you don’t know the meaning of the word, or that youre just trying to use an emotionally charged word were it doesn’t fit to try and add an extra jab. It’s obviously your spamming which is something blizzard say not to do. You even have your own thread you made.

The most us normal thinkers would take from the mvps post is that you are annoying with your spam. But even then, that’s reading into something that may not even be there.

You spammed the discussion forum. Bug report is the place for reporting problems. So, no, you didnt.

I’m getting a 400 error when trying to run API requests from the site even though my app is working fine. Most likely just the servers being wonky, it happens. Give it a bit and retry later

the api docs are not adding a redirect url atm so they are busted another error that has not been solved.

im not “offended” im frustrated and annoyed as a steaming kodo pile that the api is in the state it is and we get NOTHING from ANYONE, so yea the mvp’s are frustrated with people thinking we are tech support for blizzard when we are not, as are users too that have nothing more then green text for the forums and run the discord server that is not for tech support issues but helping people use the api and showing off our shiny stuff we make

because thats my job IRL NOT for the api duh… and spamming 6+ posts on the same issue do nothing post in the bug forum OR on the blizzard forums under website issues
