I’m having a huge issue with MW2019

Game audio and voice chat audio is constantly cutting out
and I tried everything I can’t find a fix for it
As Well I and a lot of my other friends are soft locked out of Operators
Button on the Menu screen in Mw2019, not Warzone

and these are the error codes me and my friends keep getting
