Purchased Skyborne Epic pack but battle.net launcher would not recognize the purchase, so i deleted the app to download and reinstall it. Unfortunately, now the launcher gets stuck at 5% and gives me the error code shown above. This happens on MULTIPLE desktop computers so it is not something local to the computer. Also just spent 45 minutes with my ISP and they remotely reset/cleared/opened/reset basically my entire network.
The Launcher still will not install - on any computer. Every other game/launcher/program on this computer works and connects to the internet just fine. Battle.net mobile app works.
